1. Service Description

Voxenly provides AI-powered call handling services including:

  • Automated call answering and routing
  • AI-powered conversation handling
  • Voice synthesis and customization
  • Call recording and analytics

2. Subscription Terms

We offer three subscription tiers with both monthly and annual billing options:

  • Basic Plan: £29/month or £23/month billed annually. Includes 50 minutes per month with additional minutes at £0.50/min (monthly) or £0.45/min (annual)
  • Business Plan: £49/month or £39/month billed annually. Includes 100 minutes per month with additional minutes at £0.45/min (monthly) or £0.40/min (annual)
  • Enterprise Plan: £199/month or £159/month billed annually. Includes 500 minutes per month with additional minutes at £0.40/min (monthly) or £0.35/min (annual)
  • All plans include their respective features as outlined in our pricing page
  • Annual billing provides a 20% discount on the base subscription price

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate business information
  • Ensure proper call handling disclosures
  • Protect account credentials
  • Comply with usage limitations
  • Obtain necessary consent for call recording

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur
  • Service updates may be required
  • Dependencies on third-party services may affect availability

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Excessive usage beyond fair use limits
